Usage agreement for Disaster.dev, managed via disastersite.store
01 Acceptance of Agreement
By requesting any of our services (Design, Gaming, or Cybersecurity), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms.
02 Payments & Dues
All fees are payable in advance or as per the specific agreement before work commences. No source files, final data, or project deliverables will be handed over until all agreed-upon financial dues are settled in full.
03 Third-Party Disclaimer
Regarding gaming services, we are not responsible for changes in third-party company policies. Any account ban (Band) or closure resulting from updates to these companies' regulations after the service has been delivered is the sole responsibility of the client.
04 Scope of Security Services
Security services aim to strengthen defenses and do not guarantee absolute immunity. The site is not liable for any breaches resulting from client negligence in updating credentials or data leaks occurring after our technical mission is completed.
05 Right to Modify or Refuse
Disaster.dev reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without providing reasons. We also reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with technical and legal developments.
